Problem with manual activation

Good morning,

I am trying to manually activate my Exact Change on my computer. I do have the installation code, serial number and a matching activation code. I enter the activation code and the software accepts it. However, every time I restart the software, it asks all over again. Here's what I have tried so far:

- Run the software as a regular user
- Run the software as an administrator
- I had something that was protecting my registry settings (from Spybot Search and Destroy) that I stopped and retried the first two options.

I'm probably overlooking something totally simple but I'm not seeing it. Anyone else have that problem?

   Please give us a call or drop us an email (since we can't post activation codes on the forum).  We'd be glad to address this and we'll be around all weekend so we should be able to clear this up quickly.
