Updating new images

After updating the program software to the newest version, I tried to update the images as well and I received this error message:

Opening zip catalogue failed! Downloaded file C:\ProgramData\Canada.zip was not processed!(Cause code=18).

We’re in the process of uploading countries to the image library; Canada was uploading for most of the morning and thus, the reason for this message.  Canada is now done, but there are 68 other countries still in queue to be updated today.  Normally, this is done late at night but our office will be closed from Thursday until Tuesday for a special event, so we’re pushing to post as many updates as we can before then.
