When you upgraded to the 64-bit version it required that you uninstall the 32-bit version and then install the 64-bit version.  The install program for the 64-bit program includes the prices lists as they come from us, that’s what you’re seeing right now.  There’s an easy solution though; Exact Change makes a backup of your price list files and stores them in a zip file in the directory Documents\Exact Change\Backups.  This backup file will remain even if you uninstall and then install the 64-bit version.  So, we just need to pull the contents of that zip file and put them in the directory Documents\Exact Change\Prices.  If that sounds like confusing and you’d like some help with that, just call us or send an email with your number and we’ll call you.  We should be able to pull your old price files back in just a couple of minutes.
