Technical support / lost my varieties after update
« on: March 25, 2015, 04:20:06 AM »
Hello All, I did the most recent update. Now all of the various errors and varieties that I had loaded manually into the pricing and coin section are missing. How can I get them back? Thanks

Technical support / grade modifiers for wheat cents
« on: January 13, 2015, 06:23:04 AM »
The grade modifiers for wheat cents are displayed in the pricing tab; however, when I go to a coin in the "coins" tab I cannot put in the modifier. The GM field displays <None>. How can I fix this? Also, if I clone additional columns of dates without a GM, can I add a GM (i.e. BN, RB, RD) to the cloned columns? If I do that, will they also show up in the GM field under the coins tab? So far it has not worked. Thanks.

Technical support / Re: Hand Entered Prices Disappeared

It seems like I've had the same issues. Prices entered then the information gets changed. I'm interested in the fix. Thanks.

Technical support / Re: lost images and some pricing data

Yes, I'm saving to the image tab. I've scanned images into the repository but I also have other files not in the repository that I'm using. I have Windows 7 64 bit. I'll admit that when I changed machines (and operating systems) I lost some pricing data that I was never able to retrieve. The coins are still listed in the coins tab but there is no pricing data in the pricing tab.  I've resigned myself to the fact I'll have to recreate the pricing data for my exonumia series. I'm thankful the coins and tokens are still there. Thanks.

Technical support / Re: copy pricing date

Yes, I have multiple sets which I want to track. I have better coins and average grades. I'm collecting albums for my grandchildren. It's nice to be able to display a particular album to see which coins I need without having to filter through my better grades or albums I'm collecting for another child. I thought it would be easier to start another series to track multiple albums for the same denomination. For instance, I have multiple albums of pennies and half dollars for various kids. I was hoping I could just copy and paste the pricing date from one series into the new series I've created. Am I thinking wrong? This way seems the most straight forward for my brain. Thanks.

Technical support / lost images and some pricing data

I've created a series called Exonumia for tokens, wooden nickels, etc. I had prices manually entered and images associated. After the update, all of the images were no longer associated with the token entry. Also, some of the pricing data was lost. Not all of the pricing just some of the pricing. Thanks.

Technical support / copy pricing date

I'm creating a new series for type coins. I'm creating all of the sub-series for half cents, large cents, small cents, 2 cents, 3 cents, 5 cents, nickels, etc. Is there a way to copy the data in the pricing tab so I can merely paste it into the pricing tab for the new sub-series I've created. It's tedious work to manually input the data. Thanks.
