Title: How to relinstall deleted application

I bought and registered Exact Change April 12 2016. I realized it would take some time to transfer my large collection so I put it off. Finally have the time now and realized that since then I've changed computers and my email address. I tried contacting customer support via email and get a Yahoo screen asking me to login. tried my old email address, new email address and even my Exact Change/ Wild Man login name, nothing works. I tried phoning (long distance) and got a message that they were unavailable. Any suggestions?

Just realized that they are based in California and will try phoning again later if necessary but I hope to be able to save the long distance charges to work out this matter.
